Never wake a sleeping baby….

Unless you want to take pictures! (ha ha ha!) Sean and I crack up every night when Payton sleeps. She moves so much in her sleep; she is literally in 265 positions each night. She is so cute when she is sleeping we decided we had to take a few pictures. These are her two favorite positions: on her back with her hands behind her head & on her side. (my little “moom boom”)

It’s almost Halloween! Happy B-day Mia….

The kids are already dressing up! Over the weekend we attended Mia’s birthday party and all of the kids got suited up in their Halloween costumes! It was so cute to see all of the babies and kids together dressed up. Payton was so cute in her little flower costume; it was a little warm but it will be perfect on Halloween when it’s nice and cool! We can’t believe it will be Payton’s 1st Halloween!!!

We loved all of the kid’s costumes:

Payton > Flower
Presley > Pumpkin
Madi > Fairy
Trevor > Dinosaur
Donovan > Fireman
Mia > Little Red Riding Hood
Nikki > Party Pooper (not really, it’s just a onesie!)

Payton - 8 Month Update

Next week Payton will be 8 months old! This has been a very exciting past few months for us to see her development at warp speed. Around a week ago Payton starting pulling herself up to a standing position! She isn’t interested in her toys right now; she just wants to pull herself up and jump around…..She is crawling faster and faster as the days go by. She has Sean and I on our toes 24-7; it is really cool.

Earlier this week she started to wave bye to us…..it is the cutest thing ever! She also will say “mama” and “dada” or rattle off multiple syllables together. She continues to be a very happy baby smiling all day long. Her personality is sprouting more each day: she is very social and interested in the world around her. She loves to be outside as well.

She is increasing more interested in her books. She participates now by turning pages and seems to follow along more. She loves music; she jumps around to different tunes. Each stage of her life continues to be more exciting and wonderful to experience.

Here are a few pictures of Payton with her Grand-mum Pam. She bought her this cute little hand-knitted cowboy hat…..it is so cute.

The Gloves Come Off

Lets go Ducks!!!

Another Anaheim Ducks season starts!!!!!! Sean and I had a blast at the season opener last night with our friends Steve & Casey. The Ducks however ended up getting smoked by the Coyotes 4-2. We had great seats, 1 row off of the glass!!! It is so awesome sitting that close; its a whole new world up there! We can't wait to see the Ducks win the Stanley cup again this year!!! By the end of the game, the gloves were coming off in a real way! It was awesome....the Ducks were lighting people up! Watch out kids....it could be a great season ahead!

Happy New Home!

Cheers to Alaine & Mike on their beautiful new Pasadena home! We had a wonderful time over at the new Fulton home on Saturday. All of the families and kids were out in full force: the Dorsman crew: Jenise, Little Nikki, "Mina", and Criz-naig; the Puccio's: Lisa, Matt, Dom, and Sienna; the Strapp's: little Aaron, Alyce, and Al (doing very well on the BBQ I might add); Jille (my love) and Presser Prestleton; and of course Sean, me, and Payton!!! It was a lovely time with good friends and excellent trip tip steaks!!!

Dad with boo boo at the Fulton's!

Payton pulling up now!!! She will pull up to a standing position now, she is getting big!!

"Heh, what are you guys doing up there"! (hahahahah)

Chewing everything in site....!

Smiling all day long........ :-)

Its Sunny Day when Grandparents are here....

It is always a Sunny Day when Grandma & Grandpa are visiting! My parents came down this past weekend to visit little P....She crawled everywhere and almost out of the front door! She was so excited that she didn't want to take naps! (that is hard to believe, NOT!hahahah) She loves to play with her grandparents and smiles at them ALL DAY LONG! Also, Sean and I got to go out for a lovely date night. It is great to have some quality time out together.

We would like to give another shout out to Grand-mum Pam! Thank you for babysitting me last week, I had a great time!!!
